We are so grateful to ExxonMobil's support and donation to purchase 4 new benches and 2 tables for the Splash Pad this summer! The tables, one with wheelchair accessibility will be provided under the new pavilion and the benches will surround the Splash pad for much needed rest after a day of play. Thank you ExxonMobil for your support to our newest addition to the community!
Wyoming Community Foundation has granted the Town of Diamondville with funds to purchase two LED Signs that will be installed in front of the Diamondville Town Hall. The new signs will help communicate important information to the community and will be a modern way to welcome visitors to the area. The Town of Diamondville is so grateful to the Wyoming Community Foundation for it's support to purchase and install the new LED Signs this summer.
Lincoln County Recreation Commission graciously donated a large portion of the funds needed to purchase and install a new 16x 16 pavilion to go with the new Splash Pad. This pavilion will be a welcoming place for patrons of the splash pad to take a needed break from all the fun, for a parent or guardian to have a covered place of observation, or a place the community can use for birthday parties, group BBQs, or any other gathering.
The Town of Diamondville is exicted to announce that Williams has donated funds to purchase new benches for the Splash Pad Park coming this summer! We are so excited and grateful for the donations that are ever improving the Splash Pad for the community. Thank you Williams for your donation to our New Splash Pad!
A New Lending Library is bound for Diamondville Park. The Lending Library has been made possible by a grant awarded from Rocky Mountain Power Foundation. This Grant purchased the Lending Library plus nearly 60 books ranging in topics and reading levels. We are so excited for the opportunity for the people of our community to have additional access to reading materials to help expand knowledge and broaden the imagination!
Huge Thank You to the LDS Young Women who came out and hand painted the Diamonds at Miner's Park and Black Diamond Park! The Diamonds were becoming faded and with the hard work of the LDS Young Women, the Diamonds look New! Excellent work done by the Young Women! Thank you again for your hard work and time dedicated to helping our parks look great!
New Trees "Spruce up" the lawn at the Diamondville Town Hall and Miners Park. The purchase of the new trees were made possible by a grant awarded by the Wyoming Community Foundation. The trees are a welcoming sight to those arriving into the community on Hwy30/189. The trees will be around through many generations to enhance community pride and provide a shady resting place for all to enjoy!
We would like to thank the Lincoln County Recreation Commission for our new benches and trash receptacles. They will be much appreciated by those who stop to enjoy a rest along their jog or walk. The trash receptacles will also help keep littering to a minimum. Thank you they helped improve the look of our community!
