Any Credit/Debit card payments will include a 4% surcharge fee.

We currently do not have online payments.

Diamondville Municipal Court is held on the third Thursday of every month at 10:00 a.m.  The 2024 calendar is as follows:

Traffic school is a privilege, not a right.  One of the purposes is to allow the accused an opportunity to receive further education and avoid having a judgement of conviction entered on the accused's driving record.
